About Us:
Bonza Eventing is home to around 15 horses, and during the competition season, we’re out competing most weekends. We pride ourselves on our high standards of horse care and safety and are extremely fussy about maintaining our equipment and processes. The horses always come first.
Most days start at 6am and finish at 6pm, with varying downtime during the day—some days you'll have 4-5 hours off in the middle, while others may allow for just 1 or 2. You will be given time to ride your own horse(s). This is a hard-working, high-energy yard, but we also know how to have fun! We enjoy heading to the local pub for dinner most Friday nights, and there’s a swimming pool on the property for some well-earned relaxation.
Our main rider, is not only dedicated to training and competing but also works a full-time job. She manages to school up to 8 horses a day, so efficiency in tacking up and hosing off is essential to keeping everything on track.
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of elite eventing, develop your skills, and work toward your goals.
